Notice of stock consolidation

The Company has resolved to consolidate stocks as follows by special resolution at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on February 20, 2025.

1. Purpose: Stabilization of circulating stocks and improvement of corporate image

2. Contents of stock consolidation: Consolidation contents 10 shares of stocks worth 500 won per share are consolidated into 1 share of stock worth 1,000 won per share

3. Number of shares and capital before and after stock consolidation

4. Shareholders with old shares must submit their old shares to the Company within 1 month (March 24, 2025) from the date of announcement.
