At the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on November 10, 2024, BNSRL Co., Ltd. (Part 1) resolved to merge with Vine Systems Co., Ltd. (Part 2) and succeed to its rights and obligations, and dissolve Part 2 (Part 2). Accordingly, creditors who object to this merger are requested to submit their objections within one month from the date of this announcement, and each shareholder is requested to submit their share certificates.
